Researcher who designs
I'm a mixed-methods UX researcher and product designer in New York. I turn interviews, contextual inquiry and usability testing into clear information architecture, interaction flows and Figma prototypes that measurably improve how people work.
Hi there!
I'm a UX researcher and product designer who starts with people, not pixels.
My background in Computer Science taught me how products get built; my MS in Human-Centered Design Technology at Pace University taught me how to make sure they're worth building.
At Fabtech Projects and Engineers I led research for internal platforms: interviewing teams across departments, mapping procurement workflows, redesigning information architecture, and establishing lean design components that shortened delivery by two weeks.
My case studies take on messy, multi-person workflows in healthcare, fintech and research operations, with AI that explains itself where it helps. The thread is the same: frame the problem with evidence, name the risky assumptions, make trade-offs explicit, and plan how to validate.
Journey
Product design and UX research for internal platforms in India, then Human-Centered Design in New York.
Product Designer
Led UX research for internal platforms, including an in-house inventory management system: ran cross-departmental interviews, mapped procurement workflows, synthesized findings into 3 opportunity areas, then redesigned the information architecture, navigation and role-based dashboards and set up lean design components the team reused.

Work
Six concept studies: two playful, art-direction-led apps, plus four in-depth product problems in healthcare, fintech and research operations. Each one shows the reasoning behind the pixels.
Social · Gen ZBrand + interaction
A loud, sticker-filled app that turns "we should hang out" into side quests friends vote on, lock in, show up for and log, with flake insurance paid in boba.
Fashion · LifestyleArt direction
A closet app with the soul of a fashion magazine: daily looks from what you own, cost-per-wear that celebrates repeats, and a gentle "still you?" before anything leaves.
B2B SaaSHealthcare operations
A prior authorization workspace that turns payer policies into readiness checklists, ranks work by risk to the patient's appointment, and turns denials into a clear appeal path.
Mobile appConsumer health
One shared care plan for a family looking after a parent: handoff notes, a double-dose guard, two-person dose changes, and roles the parent approves.
FintechHuman-AI interaction
An AI-assisted debit card dispute flow that explains charges before disputes, drafts claims in the customer's words, and turns Regulation E deadlines into dated promises.
ResearchOpsInformation architecture
A research repository built on insights backed by evidence, with written confidence rules, governance roles, and a study intake that checks what the team already knows.
Skills
Grouped the way I work: research first, then the synthesis, design and tools that turn it into product.
